Credits pay for AI work done inside JaWork, such as AI agents and the in-app AI assistant. Boards, backlog, Gantt plans and reports never use credits.

JaWork is billed per person: $5 per person per month on the monthly plan, or $51 per person per year on the yearly plan, which is 15% off (about $4.25 a month). Teams of up to 5 people use Free at no cost.
Where do I sign in?
Sign in at space.jawork.app. This site, jawork.app, is where we introduce the product.
Can I bring my data from a spreadsheet?
Yes. JaWork imports and exports issues as Excel files.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for AI work done inside JaWork, such as AI agents and the in-app AI assistant. A new Free organization gets 10 trial credits for 30 days. Paid teams get 1 credit per person per week in one pool shared by the whole organization, so a team of 10 gets 10 credits a week. You can buy 25 more for $15 at any time, and purchased credits never expire. Boards, Gantt plans and reports never use credits.
