Terms of Service

The service

JaWork is a hosted web app for planning and tracking work: issues, boards, sprints, Gantt plans, portfolios, dashboards and reports. It is provided by JASAVA Co., Ltd. (“Jasava”, “we”), 89/1264 Moo 5, Bangmaenang, Bangyai, Nonthaburi 11140, Thailand, company registration and tax ID number 0125567001761.

Features may change as the product develops. This website describes what JaWork does today.

Accounts

• Give accurate details when you create an account, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• The administrators of an organization decide who its members are and what each member may see and do.
• You must have reached the age of majority (20 in Thailand, or the age that applies where you live), and have authority to accept these terms for your organization if you use JaWork for one.

Acceptable use

Do not use JaWork to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
• upload malware or content you have no right to share;
• try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, test or break our security, or disrupt the service for others;
• send spam, or resell or copy the service without our written permission.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules (see Termination).

Your content

What you and your team put into JaWork (issues, plans, files, comments and the like) stays yours. You allow us to host, store, copy and process it only as needed to run the service for you. We do not sell it.

You can export issues as Excel files. The app's own privacy policy is being prepared; until it is published, questions about personal data in the app go to contactme@jasava.co.

Availability

We work to keep JaWork available and your data safe, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and no service level agreement applies unless agreed in writing. We may carry out maintenance, and we try to do so at quiet times.

Fees

The current plans and prices are on the Pricing page:

• Free: for teams of up to 5 people, at no cost.
• Monthly and Yearly: billed per person. You can add people at any time, billed pro rata; the Monthly plan can be cancelled any month.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds: on the Monthly plan, the current month is not refunded and a cancellation takes effect from the next billing period; on the Yearly plan, you get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying, and no refund after that. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change, and the new price applies from your next billing period.

Termination

You can stop using JaWork at any time. Paid plans can be cancelled as described under Fees.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

After an account or organization is closed, you have 30 days to export your data (for example as Excel files). After that we delete it within 90 days. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing contactme@jasava.co.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, JaWork is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you use the Free plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes go to the competent courts of Thailand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
