Who we are

jawork.app is run by JASAVA Co., Ltd. (“Jasava”, “we”), the data controller for the personal data described here. Head office: 89/1264 Moo 5, Bangmaenang, Bangyai, Nonthaburi 11140, Thailand. Company registration and tax ID number: 0125567001761.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the jawork.app website only: the pages you read, the contact form and the analytics on these pages.

The JaWork app at space.jawork.app (your account, organization, projects and everything you put in them) is a separate service and is not covered by this page. Its own privacy policy is being prepared; until it is published, questions about personal data in the app go to contactme@jasava.co.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, the fact that you ticked the consent box, and which language version of the site you sent it from.
• Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, your browser and device type, the page that referred you, approximate location (country and city, derived by Google from your IP address) and these actions: clicks on Sign up and Sign in links, opening an FAQ question and sending the contact form (that it was sent, not what you wrote). It uses the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>. When you then follow a Sign up or Sign in link to space.jawork.app, a _gl parameter is added to the link so the visit can be connected across the two sites.
• Advertising measurement, only if you accept the same cookies: the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, run by Meta Platforms, receives the pages you view, whether you opened the pricing page and whether you sent the contact form (that it was sent, not what you wrote), together with your IP address and browser identifiers. It uses the cookies _fbp and _fbc. We never send your name, email address, phone number or message to Meta, and Meta's automatic collection of form fields is switched off.
• Server logs: to deliver a page, Amazon Web Services necessarily processes your IP address and the request. We have not switched on access logging for jawork.app, so no record of your visits is kept for us.
• Your cookie choice: saved in your browser's local storage (key jawork-consent) so we do not ask again. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We do not show advertising on this website and do not sell personal data. If you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel lets us show our own ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited this site (see below).

Why we use it, and the legal basis

• Contact form: to read and reply to your message. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box before sending.
• Analytics: to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking Accept. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.
• Advertising: to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads again to people who visited this site. Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking Accept. If you decline, the Meta Pixel is not loaded.
• Server logs: to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who receives it

• Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, India; servers in the United States), which receives the contact form and forwards it by email to our mailbox, contactme@jasava.co. Web3Forms states that it does not store form submissions; its own server logs are deleted about every two months.
• Google Workspace (Google), which hosts our contactme@jasava.co mailbox.
• Google (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Meta Platforms (the Meta Pixel), only if you accept cookies.
• Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site: files are stored in the Asia Pacific (Thailand) region and delivered through the CloudFront network from locations around the world.

Some of these providers process data outside Thailand (Google, Meta and Web3Forms in the United States, and CloudFront at the location nearest to you). For these transfers we rely on the standard contractual clauses offered by Google, Meta and Amazon Web Services; Web3Forms only passes messages on to our mailbox and does not keep them.

How long we keep it

• Contact messages: 24 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted.
• Analytics data in Google Analytics: 14 months.
• Cookies on your device: Google Analytics cookies up to 2 years, Meta Pixel cookies up to about 3 months, unless you clear them or withdraw consent.
• Meta Pixel data: visitors stay in our advertising audiences for no longer than 180 days; Meta keeps the underlying event data under its own terms.
• Server logs: none are kept (see “What we collect”).

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

• give you access to, or a copy of, your personal data;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete or anonymize your data;
• restrict how we use it, or object to its use;
• send your data to you or to another organization in a commonly used format.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. For analytics, use Cookie settings; for the contact form, email us.

To use any of these rights, email contactme@jasava.co. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand.

Cookies and your choice

The site sets no Google Analytics or Meta Pixel cookies until you click Accept on the cookie bar. If you click Decline, neither is ever loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we remove the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies set on jawork.app and stop both. You can also manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we also show a notice on this website for 30 days.
